Daily Rate: $40 (excluding taxes and processing fees)

Weekly Rate: $250 (excluding taxes and processing fees)

Monthly Rate: $715 (plus 8% tax for stays under 90 days and processing fees)

If you plan to stay for more than two weeks, kindly complete a background check for long-term rental at our office.
 
We’re happy to provide various payment options for our long-term guests, including cash, checks, credit cards, and ACH payments. For any details, just ask our office manager!

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We’re so glad you’ve chosen to stay with us! Full payment is required at the time of booking for all reservations, including nightly, weekly, and monthly stays.

We understand that plans can change, so our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 7 or more days before arrival: Full refund
• 2–7 days before arrival: $10 cancellation fee
• Less than 48 hours before arrival: $25 cancellation fee

If something unexpected comes up, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
