Park Rules
- Our rates cover up to 2 adults and 2 children. Additional guests in your camper are subject to extra fees, with a maximum of 3 adults allowed.
- For everyone's safety, the speed limit is 5 mph throughout the park at all times. Young children might suddenly appear from anywhere.
- Pets are more than welcome at Madison RV Park, but please adhere to the following guidelines.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Pets cannot be left unattended outside.
- Mandatory cleanup is required after your pet.
- Pets need prior approval from the On-Site Manager. Security or aggressive breeds (Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Doberman) are not permitted. There is an exception for service animals as defined by ADA.
- Please ensure all utility connections are used correctly. If you have questions, contact our office for assistance.
- Public intoxication is not allowed. Please limit alcohol consumption to your designated campsite and use coozies for beer containers. Guests may be asked to leave by On-Site Managers if found violating this rule.
- Loud music and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- While it should be obvious, it bears repeating: if law enforcement is called for any reason, you will be evicted from the park without a refund. This is not subject to discussion, and all parties involved must leave.
- Refunds are available in certain situations, but violations of park rules do not qualify, and disruptive behavior will not result in a refund.
- NO ATV's are allowed.
- No structures may be erected on park property without management permission.
- Motorcycles are only permitted to drive to and from campsites and cannot travel on grassy areas.
- Report unsafe driving to the On-Site Managers.
- Park facilities like laundry and bathhouses are exclusive to registered guests. No exceptions.
- Please keep our bathhouses and laundry areas clean. Any vandalism will result in eviction without a refund.
- We have two dumpsters available for trash disposal. Guests are responsible for taking their trash to the dumpsters, located behind the office for heavy items.
- Observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Ground fires are not allowed; however, fire pits can be used if they are elevated.
- We encourage kindness and courtesy among campers.
- Be a good neighbor and enjoy your stay!
