• Daily $40 (which includes all state and local taxes)

• Monthly $650 (plus 8% tax on all stays less than 90 days)    

Note: No discounts apply to monthly renters.  

Note: For any renter staying longer than 2 weeks, an application for "long-term" rentership must be filled out. See the Office Managers for a blank application.
